General Rules

• Age Requirement: Clients must be 18 years of age or older. • Experience & References: I do not accept first-time commissioners or character design requests without a clear reference sheet. • Third-Party Transactions: No proxy ordering or proxy payments. (Joint commissions are an exception). • AI Policy: Strictly prohibit feeding my artwork into AI. • Streaming/Sharing: I may share the drawing process on public platforms (Livestream or Discord). If you prefer privacy, please inform me in advance; a non-disclosure fee will apply. • Usage Rights: The rights to the finished work belong to both the artist and the client. For full buyout or commercial use, please inquire separately (pricing is typically $1.8\times$ or $2\times$ the base price). • Prohibited Acts: No tracing, excessive editing, or claiming the artwork as your own. • Allowed Acts: Watermarking, partial cropping, and resizing for personal use are permitted. • Portfolio: Completed works will be displayed in my portfolio. Please let me know if you need me to delay the posting. • Confidentiality: Drafts and discussion details must not be disclosed to third parties. • Rush Orders: Requests that need to be completed within two months are considered rush orders. These can be prioritized for an additional fee.

Process

1. Waitlist > Inquiry > Discussion > Deposit (50% of total) > Sketch Confirmation > Balance (Remaining 50%) > Final Delivery • Refunds: No refunds will be issued once the sketch is confirmed. • Revisions: Up to 3 revisions are allowed during the sketch stage. Corrections for any errors can be made at the final stage. • Payment Notification: I will send a payment reminder about two weeks before your turn. • Cancellations: You may cancel or postpone when the reminder is sent. However, no response within 7 days will be treated as a cancellation, and I will not accept future commissions from you. • Priority: Rush Orders > Orders without a fixed deadline.
